We take great care in dispatching domestic orders using a fully insured and protected Royal Mail / UPS service. Each order is assigned a reference number, enabling you to easily track its progress.

Our aim is to deliver your order on the Next Working Day. However, please note that delivery times may be affected during national holidays.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, kindly include them in the notes section during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

All orders are dispatched between Monday and Saturday. For weekday orders placed before 13:00 (BST), we offer same-day dispatch. Similarly, Saturday orders placed by 11:00 (BST) are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after these deadlines will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Orders:

We dispatch international parcels using various courier services, tailored to your location. Once you've added the items to your cart, you can choose the International Delivery Service that suits you best. Here are the International Rates:

• Ireland: 1-3 / 3-5 Business Days (£9.99)
• Europe: 1-3 / 3-5 Business Days (£9.99 - £19.99)
• Rest of World: 3-5 / 6-7 Business Days (£14.99 - £24.99)

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide us with the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels resulting from invalid delivery addresses.

Similarly, we are not responsible for parcels that are not collected within the specified times mentioned on the courier's website. While the usual last collection time is 17:00 (BST), this may vary. Parcels not collected on the same day will be collected promptly the following day.
