RETURN POLICY
INFORMATION
Our return policy aims to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You have a window of 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. If the 14-day period has passed, unfortunately, you are no longer eligible to submit a return request.
To Return –
-Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, allowing for the fact that it has been tried on.
- Once you have validated this, please email us at Info@repeatclo.uk with the subject as 'Return Request', we will reply within 24- 48 hours and provide you with further instructions.
- Please ensure to complete the return form and include it with your items when shipping it back to us.
- Returns must be sent fully tracked, insured and protected/boxed, as they were initially received.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your refund. Depending on your card provider or payment method, it may take between 1 and 3 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect size or product, please inform us within 14 working days of receiving the item. We will arrange a return, cover the shipping costs, and send you a replacement as quickly as possible. The item must be unworn and in its original condition, allowing for trying it on.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. If you need a different size or model, you can return the original item and place a new order separately.
If you purchased an item during a sale, promotion, or using a discount code that resulted in a lower purchase price than listed on our website, we will honour the original sale price if you choose to place a new order after a successful return. Due to Hygiene processes we cannot accept any returns for socks.
